Dolls: Shoe Box Dollhouse and My Mini Lalaloopsy Dolls

I made a dollhouse using shoe boxes, doll packages and craft materials to display my Mini Lalaloopsy dolls. I find this dolls very cute and colorful. As described from the official website, Lalaloopsy are rag dolls that magically come to life from the fabric used to make them. They live in a colorful silly world! Sew Magical! Sew Cute! They also come in big sizes but I prefer the small ones.

I started with only one, I just thought it would be a nice prop in taking photographs of my Blythe dolls, but I ended up collecting them. This dolls reminded me of my favorite 3D animated movie, Coraline, because of the buttoned-eyes.

Shoe Box Dollhouse
I like it to look fun, colorful and pleasing to the eyes of a child.
The Art and Study Area
The doll packages are great addition to the dollhouse.
The Bedroom Area
My favorite area of the dollhouse. Pretty in pink with a touch of neutral colors.
The Kitchen
I displayed the polymer clay cupcakes I made last 2009. The yellow rug, is a crocheted piece I made with Ails on our one-on-one crochet tutorial.
The Rooftop
I find the packages cute and they are really useful because it can be converted into small houses for these cute dolls.

The dollhouse is still in progress...
